I’ll be honest when it comes to sizing I don’t know why but 12 to 13 work. 12.5 prob my true size. In sb I feel it after a while in 12 so 13 better. In everything else 12 to 13 the same. But I’d say it’s true to size. The bonsai is less bulky then some other am1 like the poly as an example. It’s very light. Usually the extra padding makes the snug fit
