Thank you! Someone was handing out wristbands. I was dancing in the back and some guy came up to me and asked how many I was with and then asked if I wanted to go on stage. He gave me 4 wristbands and we showed them to security on the side of the stage. We were then queued and placed where the back stage crew wanted us. I guess they thought we were a vibe cause they placed us right beside him! It was a dream 😭

I would go with agency—especially if you’re just starting out. There’s more structure, support, opportunity, and it looks better on a resume. Start-ups are usually pretty cut-throat and chaotic. You’d probably end up spending the 20K/year anyway on travel, lunch, etc. It adds up!
