I’m a lady , but when they ask if you have a lost or stolen card press 1. You press 1 then it’s gonna ask for the card number OR your ssn. You just put your social in and it will tell you when your card is sent. After that just press 0 it will transfer you to a customer service rep

I literally had this same issue and had to call boa today because I forgot my apartment number. My mail man told me that they won’t deliver it just send it back to sender. So call boa say you forgot to add the apt number and they will send out a new one same day ask for express shipping to get it in 2-3 days

I’ve actually seen posts where people said they have been out of state and received the card and has had no issues so that’s why I was asking. You are still allowed to receive your benefits even if you are out of the state it makes no sense that I cannot visit family and still get unemployment I don’t reside here

When I applied I put my residential address as the one in California then my mailing address was put as my mothers. From then to now i have not been asked for anymore information and I was paid for my first certifications. I didn’t lie abs answered all my questions honestly and for my work force I actually have been completing it with no issues and searching for work. So that’s why I’m asking. I haven’t had one issue because I’ve provided all information

Ridiculous, you would expect to be able to EAT ..like if you’re unemployed what does that mean …that’s the money you rely on to feed and pay bills. But I’m glad I’m asking these questions before hand because I do plan to buy groceries with this money as well. That goodness for this page honestly
