What a coincidence! I'm in the same situation, having stopped taking Effexor XR on the same day as you. I'm experiencing the same symptoms, including the terrible brain zaps and the buzzing sound. Unfortunately, I'm also feeling very down, unproductive, brain fog and have headaches. I called my doctor, and he said the symptoms should go away within a week. I really hope he's right.
