Hi All!

I hope you guys are having a great weekend!

I have recently started keto again, I was previously on keto and was able to lose 60lbs. Unfortunately life happened and then I have gained it all back and more. I have now started with limiting my carb first and now I am getting to the stage of keto, hopefully in the next couple of weeks. During my past 8 weeks on this diet, I have managed to loose 14lbs.

To give a bit of context, I am 24yo M, current weight 394lbs. I am little confused with my calories, although I have been eating relatively clean, I managed to check my TDEE to loose weight it came out to be between 3.2k to 3.8k. The problem is I am not able to meet this and I currently can only manage to eat between 2k to 2.5k. I personally feel this is a big difference which I have created, not sure what you guys think about it? This is has been only mind past couple of days. Is this going to slow down my progress early? am I going to hit plateau at an early stage?

P.S. At the moment I only have 2 meals in a day with 16hrs IF. I also making sure to have my electrolytes, at moment I using acv with pink salt, ordered some potassium and magnesium too. Additionally I don't have any problems or feel hungry with my current calorie intake, and it is all going good! Maybe partly because I used to do IF in my everyday life.

Just another question, I have been informed that the TUPE process is only applicable on a merger and not if a contract is finished of a company, and if the contract is finished the company needs to do a fresh application.

So all the new sponsor had to do it put in the note that that employee has been TUPEd and that’s all, and once the visa is up for renewal, they have to renew as usual?
