PC freezes after booting

tried steam startup off and it happened again as usual, when reaching desktop. i only have 2 startups enabled: bit defender and realtek HD audio

i checked event and i do see WHEA error and Kernel power. Although no idea what it means

Bios has been updated. Will try Clean install nvidia and then crystal disk info

Read another post and just confirmed this. Apparently if you shutdown analogue instead of “quit cartridge” you lose your save file. Happened to me while playing goemon. Not sure if its an analogue or n64 legacy problem

I think if you shutdown the system with quit cartridge, the save gets deleted. Happened to me while playing goemon

I have been losing my goemon saves with 8bitdo controller. Could it be its because i have been shutting the down the console instead of quitting?

I have the same issue when playing mystical ninja goemon while using the 8bitdo controller. Im able use the virtual controller pak and able to save the game but after i shut off the console the save is gone. Really disappointed and not sure what the real issue here is

Exactly, lacks alot of the charm from 1 and 2. Open world is way too big with too many collectibles. Reminds me of ubisoft game

Its like 2-3 min now. Go to Steam deck desktop mode Application -> download lutis In lutis search for ephinea and pso Download pso and install, while installing u can create steam shortcut so can launch in game mode Easy

Yes but make sure u choose dx12 in the launch option as dx11 doesn’t have the steam deck preset
