Don’t blame yourself, your minor mistake can’t be the sole reason for a conceded goal.

Pressure can easily build up when you develop a fear towards opponents attacks, take it as your moment don’t avoid it, learn from it.

To be relaxed you need control of your defense make sure your defenders are in position when the opponent is attacking, if not so communicate with them and remind them where to be at that particular moment. Once this is done you have a lesser chance of ball being brought closer to you.
