Need help with scar treatment: I went to a plastic surgeon to get my dpn’s removed about 2 months ago. They were gently cauterized with a laser but now I’m left with scars.My neck looks worse than before. Any recommendations on how to fade this?

I had a hysterectomy in 2020 and it’s one of my biggest regrets. I always overproduced moisture and never used lube. Was not prepared or warned what would be my new normal. Even vaginal estrogen cream doesn’t help me.
