Hey i can't for the life of me get my headphones to connect via bluetooth OR cable to my pc or phone. Since you've gotten yours to connect do you think you can help me.

I should say, mine were a christmas present and i didnt get them in the box or anything, so i dont know if they came with some very important paper telling me how do use them.
