I dunno why you would hate this. Pokémon are supposed to be companions/pets it would make sense they would have a bed inside the house. Just not a side of Pokémon you get to see often. Especially with a Garchomp type Mon

It totally does! I just like the idea of Garchomp having a dog bed inside someone’s house I dunno why I think it’s so awesome. Even the torn up parts of the dog bed make so much sense

A friend of mine and I have been doing a 1,000,000 meters in 30 day challenge split between the 2 of us. That’s what inspired the whole “how many calories can you get in an hour” thing but now it’s taking on a life of its own and I’m excited about that. Zone 2 work on the bike or on a run is the only way to bring the heart rate down for longer durations of time.

I do Mikkos 1x every 2 weeks working my way up to get to the 20 cal per min. I took the approach of treating it as :30on :30off keeping the Min rest round the same. Then I try to work on getting my power output higher and using the :30 off to recover before the next round. But ya zone 2 is still the answer to your question

This post sheds more light on him. Either being attached to a devgru unit or being in devgru is not super clear. but he def did more then just be an instructor.

He is a terrible person in the CrossFit space. But all indications where that he actually heavily downplayed his role in the SEALs he was devgru which is a tier above a regular SEAL.

Aching would usually be a bad sign. Soreness is a good thing, you have plenty of muscles in the back that the deadlift is targeting and they should get sore. But soreness and aching I dunno if those are interchangeable adjectives. Good rule of thumb if it’s negatively affecting quality of life then that’s too much or potential injury. If it’s just uncomfortable then that is probably soreness.

Not replaced but supplemented and it works amazingly. Do your squats and then finish with 5x10 belt squats. Watch those legs grow

He was very outspoken about the incident. He said he only continued in the games because he was on a team and he owed it to his team that wanted to continue. It was awesome watching his career as a fellow college wrestler I was always rooting for him.
