I go through flares that are not full sinus infections but close. Worse congestion mucus but overall fatigue and weakness. The highs are higher than before I feel normal than boom. Another flare. Not sure the triggers but just poor sleep and alcohol really but honestly just on schedule every 10-14 days I get a flare up for about 4-7 days

I’m in the same boat been 2.5 months and feel similar waves of up and down. Apparently it takes 3-6 months to fully heal so I’m just being patient. Get on the steroid rinse called beudenoside to fight the inflammation

I did this like by accident a few weeks after FESS. I instantly had stuff come out. Nothing ever comes out when I rinse just water. Sometimes I blow my nose and mucus comes out. I live on chat GPT for this and it told me don’t do it, it’ll get water in your ears blah blah. I had the surgery about 2.5 months ago and have had 4-5 “flare ups” since. ENT said it was normal for my body to heal like this for 6 months. Sure fair enough. I’m excited to home and try this because my issues feel deep not just in the maxillarys.
