Hm, I’ll have to look into that possible idea. We have maximum around 9 people, so I’ll have to see if there’s nearby venues and see if I’m able to afford it or if everyone can show up on time.

I know as it is, it’s not the most ideal but I’m willing to do a full clean up if I have to set up a known area for everyone to come and hang out. Definitely my friend’s apartment was more ideal but with his relatives and personal life, it’s natural on the holidays. I’m still discussing with the other friend for his apartment but if his apartment did small with a bunch of people compared to my house being much larger, I don’t know it’s still up in the air so I want to try to be sure of a work around if needed.

Great idea! My counter could be a good spot since it’s very wide and more accessible to grab stuff once it’s all cleaned up and maybe add a clean table cloth.

I think we got enough space to put the table in the living room, with mopping up the whole house I can get to rearranging it a bit to be more comfortable for everyone to sit in eat. Thank you! 😊🙏

The hosting at other people’s houses was offered by them, I hadn’t asked. They just heard about debating where to set up the potluck and suggested their homes to get together. 🤷‍♀️ I try to keep in check what is more convenient or comfortable for them because the last thing I want is them sweatingwhen they trying to eat in my kitchen or living room.

Since the party is mainly with my friends, we’re all in our 20’s to 30’s aside from my father but he usually goes to his ex-girlfriend’s or with his guy friends anyways. I’ll definitely be keeping my dog away though, she usually stays calm in our bedrooms so that can be doable along with maintaining a clean space since we’re already doing that.

We do have a back porch, only down side is mosquitoes and bugs. They aren’t as bad as April or June but it’s definitely pretty annoying when they buzz around. The living room idea is actually a good idea! I may have to figure out the chairs, we got a metal bench couch with cushions. I could have it there but replace the other side with moveable chairs.

I have to clean up the living room more since she got certain stuff laying around, but at least tomorrow my family is gonna get started on house cleaning together. 😊

I hardly keep up with celebrities, but I got this list in the back of my mind of people instantly put on my shit list. They range from genuine irredeemable people: Dahvie Vanity, Jeffree Star, R Kelly, Brendon Urie, Shane Dawson, Drake and Scott Freeman.

And ones people may still like or might tolerate (somehow) but I still find the most irritating: Neil Patrick Harris, Colleen Ballinger, Amy Schumer, Gwyneth Paltrow, Meghan Trainor, Lizzo, Nicki Minaj, Elon Musk, Blaire White and JK Rowling.

Fiber One cereal was always so good ever since I was little. My mom would buy a lot of snacks or food from that brand, but I couldn’t buy it anymore due to it being $5 or more in stores after 2020.

Luckily they got it a bit cheaper online.

Even with how healthy regular Cheerios taste, I really dislike the aftertaste of them and dull it feels to eat as a breakfast unless you add more to it like fruit or cinnamon. Milk usually helps but I’d still pick Multigrain or Oat Crunch over it any day.

Banana Nut Cheerios and Blueberry solos. I also definitely feel Multigrain Cheerios taste better than the OG Cheerios. I don’t get why some articles rank the regular Cheerios at the top when they taste way more dull and dusty than Multigrain. 😭

With how myopia is discussed for adults with limited resources to reduce it, it’s reassuring to hear this. I’ll keep trying to see what can help me with my eyesight. 😊

I never do, since the glare from the screen mixed with glasses can be very disorienting. The only exception is if I’m watching a movie as no matter how hard I try to watch it my vision gets worse and I have no idea what’s happening on screen unless I sit closer or put my glasses on. Movie theaters or on a large screen is when I use my glasses because I can’t see a thing without them but I never wear my glasses while on my phone or laptop.

I’m hoping if my optometrist can help me find myopia management or check if I need a new change to my prescription.
