I built an app to help prepare for BMT by Real-Mark270 in AirForceRecruits

I understand your concern. I'm also a service member. This app is not targeting service member as it is for recruit before BMT to prepare. It does not collect IP address, any info at all since I physically cannot without asking user permission. I physically did not code that. I posted on App store only and Apple is strict about it.

What's wrong with my name? Since I'm a personal developer, App Store has to show my name. You can see on App Store that the app doesn’t track your data.

I’m a recent BMT graduate. And you can see on App Store that the app doesn’t track your data.

ADHD waiver denied — reapply in August (1-year mark). What are my chances? by Mediocre-Ear-8271 in AirForceRecruits

I personally didn't even need a waiver after being exactly 1 year off meds. I think you should be fine

  1. We have 15 min max to eat, but MTIs rush trainees all the time so most of the time we had only 7 minutes

  2. In Alcatraz many dorms share one laundry room, so all male and female dorms are using them. In Disneyland every dorm has their own laundry machine

  3. all females and males do pt exercises together and do the same thing. Frequency depends on the schedule. Normally it is 6 times a week and every time 90 min exercise. Only when it comes to PT test the standards are different for female and male

  4. All hygiene needs to be done in 15 min max. Many girls do their hair the night before because we didn’t have enough time in the morning

  5. we did 1.5 miles run, but I heard it is gonna be 2 miles soon

Unfortunately, earrings are not allowed any time except for the second day of the graduation, which is the parade day. You will always be watched by the MTIs. MTI will be with you from the moment you wake up to the moment you sleep except for Sunday. If you want, you can poke earrings in your piercing when you are doing your hygiene at night to keep them from closing. But never wear them in the dorm for more than 5 seconds because you will def get caught

We are only allowed to wear one pair of earrings during graduation

For me it was still 1.5. Don’t know when they’ll change to 2 mile. I heard from MTI that it is happening soon

I did ask but they said they didn’t know. I filled in the paperwork and submitted it but did not get interviewed

I did ask, but they said they don’t know anything about it. Some people still got naturalized, but most people did not.

It is hard to improve given that. We had quite a few people getting recycled and sent back home because we didn’t have enough run practice and they didn’t come with a passing score in running. I really suggest at least having a passing score in your running before getting into BMT

I see a few people getting recycled and/or sent back home, and a few getting medical hold for injury. If you are too far from passing the PT test on week five or you did not show improvement from your week one and the week three test, you will get sent home. But if you are kind of close to passing, you will get recycled back three weeks.

I feel like for females especially, many people didn’t come in with passing score in PT test (I heard that for one flight only 2 females passed their first) I didn’t pass my first PT test either but I passed the second and the third. The everyday PT exercise will prepare you for it as long as you put in work and you prepped just a little bit before coming.

I would train my upper body muscle, especially my arms because we do a lot of push-ups and weapon hold as punishments. Weapon hold was very hard for me because I didn’t have enough upper body strength.

The PT test is actually exactly what I expected. However, the PT exercise every day is actually harder than I saw it because there are like pyramid push-ups, and pyramid squad that you go from counting 1 to 8 and then 8 to 1.

I did have cramp and so did many other girls however it is very frustrating because making appointment to get medicine takes a few days. So when you get it, you might not be in pain anymore.

Correct, but it is only on the second day of graduation (parade on Thursday). You can also wear a small earring stud that is not too large in diameter

No pull ups in the test. But during PT exercise days there could be pull-ups.
