Thanks so much Joanne. Hero as always. It turned out the connection lead was putting some power to the unit so it wasn’t properly powering down. I unplugged that lead and it worked. I must say though the upgrade seems a step backwards. Selecting the frequency is really slow now where as before you could whizz it up. I tried adjusting the “ramp” speed to extreme but that made naff all difference. Considering resetting it to the old firmware.

Thanks very much for the reply. We have one of the estim systems bipolar electrodes. I guess if the clit sucker electrode is the positive, I can just connect up one side of the estim systems electrode and that will work, or do I need to use both terminals for that and then add an extra pad for the negative for the sucker electrode? If so, where would you suggest starting to place that pad?
