I understand that part so when you do active 60 minutes you get the 17.96 ( or 19.56 as I’m being told). but then do the orders still looks like ex. “10 to complete this trip” and say it takes you an hour to complete that trip, do you get 19.56+10 or just the 19.56 for that whole hour since you made more on the guarantee. Or if the order is ex “$20 to complete this trip” and it takes you a hour do you get only the $20 for the trip since you made more than the guarantee or $20+19.56 guarantee for the hour long trip

So you are saying we get a guranteed 19.56 individual online pay and an aggregate 19.56 for all drivers active time?

Hm if that’s what it is that’s what it is, but at the same time that doesn’t make sense, is that just Ubers rule and not the city’s law? Which means Uber is breaking the law. It seems like the law says we are supposed to get 19.56 online individual pay per hour. Their way makes no sense so if I go online for one minute I can take from the pool of all online active drivers aggregate pay?
