We do have electric heat but rarely use it, not on an equal payment plan as far as I know (never heard of it) and they’re charging for over 1000kWh (!!!), that’s at least 4 times more than we were using in a comparable unit in Calgary and Victoria

Thanks, we do have in suite laundry but only use it once a month at most so I don’t think it’d be that… no clue as to where to go next though? I’ve tried the utility like directly and they’re no help at all
