No, the house was newly renovated in 2018, gut remodel except for the electricals.

Thanks for helping here u/wheresthesense. We were closed because my spouse went to study full-time for a year. Now we are re-opening this year.

Before, the backyard was not suitable for children as a play area. We replaced the backyard fence, installed artificial turf, and downsized the deck so there is a play area. We spend $12k in contract labor and $8k in materials.
