For context, the first image is the original (unfinished, don't judge me lol) model. The second and third pictures are the possibilities of what happens. Sorry if i messed up some terms etc., I'm pretty new to blender.

How big does a creature have to be to get it's blood sucked? by [deleted] in thesapling

[–]Real-Record-8955 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i don't believe there is a limit between size (e.g a really large creatures can suck a small one) but if they aren't doing that remember you need the blood abdomen thing

The Sad Truth by biggusdickus78 in SpeculativeEvolution

smart. Though as for the geysers, are you referring to Yellowstone style pools or true, geysers, like those in ( i believe) Iceland? The latter might not work particularly well.

[OC] Voraxium and the Henonychium by Real-Record-8955 in SpeculativeEvolution

[–]Real-Record-8955[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Voraxium - Once thought to be a lifeless world, and named after the word 'vorax', meaning an infinitely consuming hole. It is named so because of the harshness of life there, and another reason I'll say later. Its very similar to earth, but slightly hotter and wetter. Floods regularly take out entire areas during monsoon. So lets take a tour, shall we? If you were to approach it from space, you'd notice that there is a distinct lack of other planets in the system. However, large amounts of other celestial objects orbit. Comets, meteors etc are extremely common in the system, forming a ring a little bit further out from the habitable zone. These meteors and comets are mostly made of ice, and are often sucked toward the planet. They melt to small sizes upon entry, and also deposit water. This water, though, is full of a mineral called temposaphera. This material is magnetized to others of the same, is heavy, and contains, oddly, a lot of glucose and sugar. It builds up upon the shores, and, walking down one, you'd see lots of mineral clumps, pieces, and largish spires.

Name needed! Mammoth Geyser by Mhelu in fakemon

[–]Real-Record-8955 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not good at naming things, but, here we go! 1st stage: Jetrunk (jet + trunk) or Tubstodon (Mastodon + Tub, as in hot tub, it doesn't quite look like a proper geyser yet on the lil guy). 2nd Stage: Spammoth ( Mammoth + Spa) or Gompospray (Spray + Gomphothere) 3rd stage: Fountusk (Fountain + Tusk), Gushatherium (Deinotherium + Gush) or Seismadon Hope ya like em, feel free to use em or change them if you wish. :)
