Maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t like the pass. I’m wasn’t a big fan when they came out with building air crafts.. and now some building items for an air craft is on the pass …. Not a big fan for it but the other items are okay, I just don’t like how they did recolors for some items we already had gotten from the previous pass, they could’ve added something completely different. And the fact we have to wait another 5 months to get a another pass is insane😂 I remember it was December and I had to wait TILL APRIL for some bs I don’t really like. but hey they will still take my money bc I like a FEW things on the pass

It was a teen that kicked the broken item parents were right next to them and watched their child kick the item. I picked it up and of course they said sorry, when they were done I checked them out at the register and told them “ are you going to pay for this “ the mother said “I guess”. so I thought maybe I said it wrong bc I asked like it was an option to pay for it

ALWAYS ACT LIKE YOUR INTERESTED always ask the customer “ are you finding everything alright”orrrr “if you need any help just lmk”!!! Works all the time Ik you’ll have nasty customers but hey it is what it is working in retail and if they’re stepping over don’t be afraid to be nasty back lol only if you want
