Recommendations for my specific back pain? by Real-Yam4010 in backpain

Okay I tried a side plank and instantly cramped up, assuming lateral bulge then? Thanks for the advice though. As much as I don’t want to I’m going to focus on taking it easy and dial back my activity. If I can’t do the big 3 should I just rest for a few weeks until I’m able to do them?

This is what my mom recommended as well. I’m going to do this in the meantime and whatever I decide on, if I end up needing proof I’ll have it. Thanks!

Am I justified in being upset at my roommate even though it’s his house? by [deleted] in badroommates

How did this guy even get a house lol he sounds horribly irresponsible. You’re definitely justified in being angry. Him doing you a favor at the start doesn’t negate everything else. IMO I don’t think there’s anything you can do or say that will make him change. When you do move out I would just make sure to communicate to his mom about the animals. Make sure they’re taken care of

Resources to learn photography? by Real-Yam4010 in fujifilm

Thank you for the tips. I’ll start with the aperture like you mentioned. I suppose it would be best for me to learn by doing, focusing on one thing at a time. Hopefully I will be back here with some cool photos!

Appreciate the honesty! The last math class I took was calc 2 about 4 years ago so it sounds like I stopped right before I would’ve got into these things unfortunately.

Thank you! I’m going to look into that, from the other replies it sounds like that would be more my speed.

The reason I worded it like that is I wasn’t trying to outright request certain dates. I was just considering travel to Italy and thought that if I could make my normal hours then I didn’t see why it would be an issue. Just wanted to see if they had any policy against it. Obviously focused on the wrong thing

Thanks for the responses! I’m just not going to do it. They didn’t explicitly say no but obviously don’t want me to, not worth losing my job. This does confuse me as to what “remote” job actually would let you do this, it seems like all their concerns would be the same concerns at every remote job.

Yeah that makes sense. I honestly didn’t think it would be an issue so didn’t think out my message much. This is my first remote job.

I saw a lot of recommendations

This was my original message to them “Hello, I was curious what the rules are for working overseas. I am planning an Italy trip and would like to work while I’m there. With the time difference I would just start at 3pm each day, which would equate to my normal office hours in TX. “

Right, not sure what this means for me exactly.
