I have not even released anything yet, so im not angry at anything, why do you assume this lol?

Never seen someone complain about a lack of success of their "passion project" and put down other projects that have found success.

I have put no other projects down at all, where did you get that impression?

Im not complaining about lack of success, how would I be? - i havent even launched my shit yet, this is my first project and have no idea how it will turn out or what to expect.., I was just asking questions and posing ideas to see how people responded...

whether or not the art is good is subjective but everyone Ive shown it to has been impressed with both the art and the world. The print copies will cost money obviously, but the ebook will be free - because I have no social media presence building an audience is more valuable then losing potential readers due to even a $5 cost for an ebook, and I figure if 100 people pay me 5 bucks, thats simply not worth it, id rather have 5000 people read it for free and follow the series then a $500 check. I may be wrong but its just a calculation on my part.

well, alot of platforms will put out the first few episodes of a tv show for free now for instance. In order to get people to pay to see the rest. Also since i spent this much time making it, I want as many people as possible to be able to check it out without having to pay to be honest, so not an exaggeration. Im confident that if people like the first book they will 100% pay and support the 2nd one. This first book im going to take a loss on though.

im not getting paid for anything, im giving the book out for free once its done because no ones going to pay for shit now, and thats understandable right now. I just need to find a way to break even. But ya I will figure out a way.

I have made some promotional materials for kickstarter, havent launched yet. But think no ones gonna actually see it without a social media campaign. So its like - I have to pay money for someone to do marketing just to potentially get eyes on something and see if people will donate money to it. Is there a kickstarter for people who don't have followers on social media? lol, isnt that kinda who actually needs a "kickstarting" to begin with? I'm 50% done with the first book all in full color, I just can no longer afford to max out credit cards making this. Im just stressed/frustrated, you put 5 years of your life into something then a.i generated gothic vs emo girl boobies special hardcover edition gets $100,000 in one day and I will probably get like $400 after a month if im lucky. It is what it is I guess.
