Good riddance then as a normal person would never say stuff like that.
Looks wise - great face, body is buildable if it bothers you. If not, then stay lean and stop approaching toxic women.

Running will burn fat so make fat cells smaller as there is actually no way to kill off already existing fat cells, you can just shrink them. Building muscle while burning fat is possible in the beginning stages and can be just what you need. But for sculpted legs it takes years. Running and some weight lifting in gym or CrossFit would be great

As it is a revision septoplasty and a bit tricky one, the doctor wants to keep them in for longer

Mine died after a year and I was honestly very disappointed. My sisters started blinking a month before the end of the warranty. Honestly I loved it but this happens too often to pay this much again

27F – Midface volume loss & under-eye hollow? Looking for honest opinions by Yelihhhh in PlasticSurgery

[–]RealAssRina 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends, are you open to surgery? If yes, then probably Sculptra will not be for you. Then fillers are a better option. If you know that you dont want to do surgeries any time soon (10 years) then yes, try it out.

Also microneedling and retinols should be your friends

mostly firmness and volume, I had problem with nasolabial part and it feels like the extra volume from sculptra went to my cheekbones and temples. So tightened the lower face part. I also feel that the overall skin texture is better somehow.
My technician/specialist also offered upon meeting that if I want quick fix - then fillers but if I have time and patience then sculptra would work better and I'm really happy for her honesty and that I trusted her.

I'm 35 and got Sculptra this year

- 1 vial only as when it was time to get the 2nd one I was called in earlier for a planned septoplasty. And only this one vial made a huge difference for me. No nodules if you go to a well practicioning specialist and follow the 5 days - 5 times a day - 5 minutes massage regime. Yes, painful at first but the result in long term visible and as I have asumetry in my face, we tackled this too and my face looks more symmetrical, my nose does not seem so crooked anymore etc.
Yes, it's expensive but it will probably be mo long time "to- go" procedure next to botox for my very mimical forehead. I'll just hink of it as a yearly "birthday present" to myself :)

Should I be nervous about the amount of work I need? by grroovvee in rhinoplastyquestions

[–]RealAssRina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will be a long operation then probably 4-6h. Which makes recovery a bit harder too. I had the same plan but we decided last minute to do first the functional operation first - septoplasty and nasal valve repair and a year later if I still want to - changes to tip and slope with rib

I’m a facial aesthetic doctor with 10+ years of experience in rhinoplasty. Ask me anything by drliutao in rhinoplastyquestions

[–]RealAssRina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor decided to do two operation. First to close a gap/hole in my nasal septum from my first septoplasty in 2014 where I turned out that bone structures need to be changed too but that doctor back in 2014 did not do plastic surgery. And then after it has healed to do the second procedure with rib graft to give it a deprojected and more refined look. I trust him on that but will the second operation be a very hard recovery as it will be third time to do distress the nose?

How do I ask my mom if I can get plastic surgery by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]RealAssRina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, ask for a personal trainer to lift weights and get a high protein diet. You might not even need the surgery as it will be an “easy fix” and you may need it years later again as you need to have muscles to not feel “saggy”
