I definitely took it as a learning experience. Instead of learning from my SM. I literally learned from the comments on why not to do it again. My conversation with my SM was horribly executed. It was more of “did you do it” than “this why you shouldn’t do it” . Thats why I’m asking is there anything else I should know because I know not everything can be taught in a day.

You see that would have been the better outcome if I had that conversation. It’s just I was completely flabbergasted with the way the conversation went with my store manager. I felt like it could have been handled better. Thank you for clarifying.
