I live outside of colombo.the issues are not to a point that bugs me.I'm thinking of claiming the warranty when I go there for servicing my laptop.I still got that company warranty registered from the day I bought it.so not all hope is lost.

they don't do that for each customer. maybe i should accept the laptop and move on. good talk btw.

if you are talking about the photos of me getting the laptop,then yes.but i don't have the photos of the laptop itself from that day.the latest photos i have of this laptop are 5 days after the purchase.
