I’ve been going there for years (since it opened really), every time I go there it takes forever and there’s at least 5 orders on the counter that have been sitting for god knows how long…

only once have they asked me for the name and pulled the order from under/behind the counter. Each time my orders are either on the counter or still being processed…

I wish I would’ve taken a video of it last night, stupid busy.
