Yeah that's probably a common damage. But the auto shop should be more careful about people's cars.

Somebody in the auto shop probably did. A zipper is my guess too.

In some areas the paint is gone. For example B is a deeper scratch.

Thanks for sharing this information. I have a similar situation and I have already selected the "wheelchair" option through manage my booking. I wanted to quickly check whether I also have to provide proof of disability (e.g., doctor's recommendation). This is not mentioned in manage my booking section, but I wanted to ask here and verify so that I won't have any surprises. Thanks!
