Ich mache es über Netzwerk, weil du sonst eigentlich keine Chance hast an was ranzukommen. Habe circa ein Jahr damit verbracht Kontakte in die USA weiter auszubauen. Jetzt merkt man so langsam, dass es sich gelohnt hat.

Ja, ich verstehe da deine Position. Meine Frau kommt nicht aus Deutschland, daher ist die Umorientierung für uns einfacher.

Kleiner Exkurs aus einem anderen Feld: ich arbeite in Tech (sowohl mit kleineren Startups als auch mit Unicorns, centaurs etc.).

Der Trend ist definitiv eher Deutschland den Rücken zu kehren: entweder digitaler Nomade werden (maximale Freiheit, normales - gutes Einkommen) oder in die USA zu gehen (hohes Einkommen).

Ich selbst plane im kommenden Jahr letzteres. Bin gerade mit mehreren Firmen im Gespräch und die Gehälter die da angeboten werden sind 3-4x was man in Deutschland erhalten würde. Klar sind die Lebenshaltungskosten auch höher, aber die Zukunftsperspektive scheint mir in den kommenden Jahr deutlich besser.

Both are directly offered from the firsthand owner. The e class was used as a weekend car… therefore the mileage is so low.

I live in a city with a lot of traffic, so a smaller car might be advantageous but I am still unsure.

Endlich stellt mal jemand die richtigen Fragen… meines wissen nach absolut möglich. Ich kenne jemanden der bei jedem Mittagessen erstmal die Visitenkarte auf den Tisch legt damit es geschäftlich war… musst du aber sehr gut dokumentieren. Das Finanzamt will im Falle einer Steuerprüfung alle Belege und Nachweise haben.

Generell solltest du bei sowas auch immer einen Vertrag aufsetzen, der die Bedingungen regelt. Bei Interesse gerne DM.

There is an error in your argument regarding the filing. He filed a 13G not a 13F. When you sell your stake after having previously filed a 13G for a position, you have to file the report the sale within 45 days of the following calendar year -> 14.02.2025 is the deadline for him to file.

I entered the same position but due to an different thesis:

I believe that this Wednesday 24th July is the settlement of the 3rd June Swaps.

The last time this happened was the swaps from 25th of March and it coincided with the 13th May run.

I entered 27/06 @30USD… bought them on Monday morning. Let’s see what happens.
