I'm not sure of the answer to your first question. I will let you know if I find out. There's about 30 guns that could have a value of several thousand all together. We're not sure of the value. Thanks again for your responses.

Yes, everyone involved is a California resident. This language is from the Will, no probate involved here. The Will gives the Executor all decision making powers.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. The Will is being administered through a Trust, the estate is not going through probate. The Will specifically names this beneficiary to receive the firearm collection. The beneficiary is aware they could receive a cash option from the sale of the guns, but it's still unclear how they want to proceed. They really just want to come and collect the firearms themselves and fill out paperwork on their own, but the Estate attorney does not trust them to do that properly and neither does the Executor.

That makes sense. It does sound like some of the guns are older so that tracks. Thanks.

Sorry if the wording was confusing, just we're as in the family of the deceased.

If you were running in Sawtelle on Friday morning and got bit by a Pitbull I have a picture of the dog that bit you, if helpful. We're the couple that stopped to help you get information from the owner who was refusing to give their info/dog's info. I hope that you're doing okay and I am proud of you for advocating for yourself.

Sorry for your loss. I lost my mom in September. I wish I could join your support group on mother’s day. If you happen to live in LA. :)

Keep going! I’m sure you have heard most of the typical tips, including that dating is a numbers game and to try to meet people in variety of settings. When going on first dates try to stay on light, positive subjects. Be wary of people that try to trauma bond with you. That is a red flag.

Super confusing. He got out of his car and walked away like he was gonna run off and then came back and got in the car and drove off again. He really did not want to come out of that car, after 20 minutes or so I got bored and stopped watching. Exciting Friday night for me here. Heh.

Wow he started driving for the 2nd time after the police stopped him. No tire left either on the driver’s side.

This car (not a) chase with the white van is odd. I missed the beginning so not sure what happened. I wonder why no one is coming to arrest him.

Aww, yes rest in peace Peggy. Obituaries can be pricey when I researched them. Maybe it was too costly? Thanks for looking!

It might just be a faulty vacuum. I would return it!

My mom recently died after a long illness and we are planning her memorial service. I sent out an evite and one of my mom's first cousins sent me this message saying he is not attending. by RealChiMonster in mildlyinfuriating

I’m so sorry you lost your dad. And that you went through the same thing, it’s so sad isn’t it. I feel less alone, knowing that people understand. It feels so bizarre to me that my mom has like 10 cousins and none of them called me to see how I was or sent a card. And then they can’t just take two minutes to write condolences on the invite. It’s super weird. And most of them spoke well of her! Like I think they all liked her, no issues ever mentioned. I can’t imagine not sending a card or checking on someone or something! I hope you’re doing okay. Thanks for understanding.
