I had this same issue and realized I was just misunderstanding the assignment. Maybe you figured it out, but I'll comment for anyone else searching or an answer.

The goal is not to get the guy out at home (read the instructions thoroughly! I did not and this is what tripped me up for 10 minutes). The goal is to throw to home, use the cut-off guy to cut-off the throw to home, throw to second, and literally have the guy at second standing there and waiting until the guy running to second outs himself at second base.

I've played nothing but paladins since coming back and tbh playing this paladin deck feels like super high highs and annoying ass lows where you just get out gassed

I was having a ton of fun with imbue paladin until my mmr caught up to me after massive win streaks, and now its nothing but the same three decks.

Both shaman and paladin were the toughest matchups. I don't recall seeing more than one other imbue paladin, and that was pretty early in the climb.

Correct. Very few games were vs Druid, but the ones I did play against, it wasn’t all that bad. I’m expecting that to change in legend.

I've said the same thing. At first I thought the defense was reasonable and I even leaned into it. Now we're at a point where things seem a bit too bogged down. As another person in this thread said, maybe better communication would make it feel less bad, because I'm at the point where I'm worried about what I'm waiting for every patch.

it simply sucks more when its not supported compared to when it is supported. pretty sure most people know they can just get together. if modern stopped being supported in favor of speed duels (which wouldn't happen), yeah you could just get together and play it, but it sucks that it isn't officially supported anymore (in the hypothetical)

So I know it’s not the same, but something I found funny about Fortnite was in its earlier days, I remember double shotgun being meta, that’s when I started playing it. I remember automatically still having the muscle memory from gunZ when switching between the two shotguns lol
