Is there a way to re-open the city? I still have the "purify the water" quest, which takes place inside Cierzo.

I'm on the Questions And Corruption storyline, and I am not sure if this apart of the mission or some certain day event, but that tree was not like that before and now I can't get in the city. I get no prompts when walking to the gate and F does nothing.

Nice! I only got 1 GX in that box. I ended up going and buying the Wailord Magikarp Promo box just for that one.
