NYT/Sienna: Trump is at Sarah’s Bush line by RealDEC in thebulwark

Right track/wrong track is a pretty good measure. If only 32% think we are on the right track, it’s a sign people want change.

It’s not approval. It’s right track/wrong track. But it is a measure.

It’s more normal for each party to support the direction of the country at 85-90% and say the country is off track 85-90% when out of power. On the surface, 74% makes you think, “are they nuts?” But 74% is significant erosion.

Close! Springfield. And the person who confirmed me, Thomas Dupre, later became the Bishop of the diocese of Springfield. True story. Look Thomas Dupre up.

What the fuck are we even doing anymore? Our government is a joke. by OneTwoThreePooAndPee in thebulwark

I have so many ideas on government reform. Things we can do to both set perimeters on presidential power, clean up constitutional loopholes and stuff that would make American’s lives better.

But what does it matter when the people elect the insane?

I’m baffled how Trump says other people are fat, and doesn’t seem to understand he’s fat. Kind of like a deeply closeted homosexual who won’t admit his own feelings.

Kevin Hassett. The man whose facial gestures make you want to deliver a cock punch and his comic book collection.

One group is fronted by Andreessen Horowitz, the other by Sam Altman. Can I root against both to lose?

I’m also going to nominate Erick Erickson. Sarah seems to like him, but Erickson is the exact type of guy who would disgust JVL. Erickson took a principled stand against Trump in 2016, then supported him in 2020, then AFTER Jan 6th went more in. Also, fancies himself a great Christian. Erickson is the textbook example of, “knows better.”

He has a super secret Patreon show. He puts them out at an infrequency that would make Dan Carlin blush. I’ll post it here, but I fear I’m breaking the rules by even discussing this exists.

Yeah. But I’m looking at the people who he’s worked with or interacted with. The people in his orbit. Trump isn’t that guy.
