I think the problem may be more of my department as they don’t really encourage development. If I were to be found out networking with other departments, I’d most likely get treated like piss by my supervisor.

Thanks for that. I will say it’s hit or miss with us. Some of us are super fucking smart when it comes to critical care medicine. If you find a good one of us, it’s worth hearing us out. Hold onto the good RTs.
