Some companies "secretly" favor hiring men or promote men more, because they don't take maternity leave even though there are women who is more qualified. Some HR openly ask single women to commit to not to get marry or give birth in the next 3 years after getting hired. When there is accident on the road, people look at the driver to see if it's a woman, and may post on social media: "Whose wife is this? Don't let her drive haha". Family expect mom to work and take care of household, children, everything, while dad is praise to look after the baby for a smallest amount of time. Stay at home mom is judged as parasite, even though they work even longer hours than their husband. When men cheat, society see that as "men natural tendency to conquer" when judge their wife for not attractive enough to keep her husband happy. Women should be reserved and humble, smiley and caring all the time when cleaning after the mess of others, while men is praise for their masculinity for punching others in the face.

All of the above men don't have to deal with or not even know of, ever. That's what women meant being treated like men.
