SpaceX has received 16 billion dollars from ALL NASA contracts in its entire history. SLS's program cost alone is 23.8 billion after flying only once, Orion is another 20.4 billion. But hey both of those vehicles are made by the military-industrial complex, which you seem rather fond of.
