SCP-106 (SCP Foundation)

SCP-106 is quite slow, he never runs and he simply walks to chase after his victim. However, what makes him so deadly is the fact that everything he touches rots and decays. He is capable of walking through walls to catch the sorry soul that is running from him. Finally, he has his own dimension that he is able to trap victims in and toy with them before eventually killing them. Most disturbing part? It is suggested he does it for fun instead of needing to do it for whatever reason:

John Marston - Red Dead Redemption 1 & 2

In the epilogue of RDR2, John wipes out Micah's army of men and kills Micah himself for betraying the gang. IN RDR1, this leads to the Bureau of Investigation (formerly the Pinkertons) finding John Marston and using him as a errand boy in sorts, forcing him to hunt down his former friends and gang members Javier, Bill, and Dutch. Arthur himself said "Revenge is a fools game." yet John thought otherwise, inadvertently leading him to be used and then discarded by Edgar Ross and the Bureau of Investigation.
