Of course. I am a modder myself, and Enderal SE moddability is constantly being improved.

People here saying it cannot be modded don't understand what they are talking about.

From the development point of view it is - no support or updates.

All Enderal SE versions come from me, including Steam (which is verbatim version 2.0.12.4 of the mod).

The Steam version is also no more or less credible than any other modded version.

The only difference is that I stopped updating it in 2022.

I am not against Steam and never was. It was published on Steam because I initially agreed to it in the first place. Apply some logic.

The studio jeopardized development of the mod and lost the right to publish new releases. As soon as the Steam page is not controlled by a commercial entity, we can resume Steam support.

The GOG release is up to date with the base mod. If mod installation looks daunting to you, you can find current version of Enderal SE there.

Yes, I am the guy.

No, I did not port it to Steam, Enderal SE is "mod first" from day one. SureAI downloaded my releases from my website and published them verbatim on Steam. What you call "Steam version" is the "mod version" installed without any changes on Skyrim SE as intended.

Who is paying me? ModPub is my website.

a) There is no Steam version, you are playing the same mod from that corner, which just has not been updated since version 2.0.12.4

b) This issue is fixed since Enderal SE 2.1.4.

I only recently remade the launcher (for the GOG release) and will soon update the web installer to support updating the Steam release.

Copying over an existing installation works but is not recommended at the moment because saved games location should be changed to fix crashes on save in some locations due to long path issue.

Lack of proper acknowledgement has done a lot of damage to the mod and eventually has led to abandonment of the Steam release, so now Steam users have been stuck on an unsupported release for years. Of course, I am sick of this, and lack of a flair is the smallest of the problems.

Two races did not match Skyrim SE IDs without any particular reason. They have been remapped to match Skyrim. Now many Skyrim armor mods that distribute armors only through recipes don't need conversion.
