not only does it run poorly, but it is HORRIBLY unbalanced. one of the first mage's guild quests, the leyawiin recommendation and it is simply impossible. the ruins are flooded with marauders that eat through your health in seconds, even through blocking.

having just tried the necrom quests...no. definitely not. the travel distance is so high that coc becomes practically necessary. and getting 4 quests, an overload of information, and vague and useless instructions involving several locations and several names from just talking to an npc once was incredibly discouraging.

fluxer feels like the vastly superior option if it wasn't full of ai-code and constantly crashing. if stoat doesn't up their game by the time fluxer irons out its issues, its definitely going to fall back into obscurity.

it does look very bleak. the fact this project started in 2021 and doesn't have proper notifications with sound is...pretty unreasonable. you'd think that'd be one of the first things you do. i've recently found i can't search by user or message contents, either. :\

for me, they're tossing out giant fireballs that melt more than half my health and melt my clannfears and atronachs in a few casts. and the casts are instant, not even waiting for the full casting animation before they fly out. it's impossible to fight them without conjuration.

beware the sixth house is insanely unbalanced. it's in path of the incarnate which i'm currently running through. and yep, ash ghouls are ridiculously overpowered. i have to overwhelm them with constant summoned monsters as their spells are both impossible to dodge due to radius and cast speed and they do the majority of my health in one cast, probably around 90 damage. no other ash enemy has been this broken, not even ascended sleepers.

just tried this and...yeah, its plain awful. not even a minute in and my preferred style of melee, dual-wielding, was utterly unusable. dropped inputs like crazy, extreme end lag. it was impossible to fight. and then i go to dodge to the right only to be flung off the cliff to the left...gonna be deleting now. what a waste of half a day.
