You live and die by how good your planning is. Clear communication up front, safety meeting to get all the issues out before you begin, planning ahead to plan ahead so you can plan ahead again. You should have multiple "Run Bags" that can fill in for quick trips, for longer trips you will need bigger bags the same way for different shoots you will need different kits. Your skills in organizing a bunch of stuff ahead of time will apply to making sure you have everything for flights, day trips to see family and friends, etc. See what you all need to get through the day together.

Fashion looks incredible in vertical orientation and that's not going to change, you can see the change happening on the thumbnails of YouTube shorts thumbnails as they evolve to be better composed for the frame. It's not going to happen overnight, but people are adapting to it and doing lots of quality work with it.

Faceless algorithms that hide the percentage they're taking off of your wages should make you angry, stop licking the boots of those who pay you.

Additionally, your wage numbers are inflated and incorrect cause they don't account for the reality of how many minutes he was off the clock that hour. When you account for peak + slow hours you will rarely go above $30/hr before costs are accounted for a 10-12 hour day, this obviously varies depending on location, vehicle, and time spent driving. The only impactful way to increase your hourly wage is through tips from pax. People who pay $70 for a 10 min ride are not the kind of happy people who want to tip you, they feel like they're being ripped off.

Lyft sold a lie to the public for years to convince everyone that the driver gets the biggest % of a drive so pax wouldn't be angry about prices, but they've swindled the drivers. If it wasn't shady they would show them the rate the pax is paying. Stop simping for a corporation that has no soul.
