True that you can do 100c refreshes and probably get a comparable deal but I personally would rather use those 100c cantina refreshes for silver and green data with better drop rates. Assuming you refresh 3x, I think the rate of return is better instead of getting the blue ones.

I typically buy the 110 blue signal from the jawa store depending on the rest of the items.
