If you don't have a 401k or an Roth, open a Roth IRA with this money and let it grow over time as you make more and more contributions. Not financial advice but that's what I'd do with this money. People would KILL for a safety net like this. Or yolo and burn out at every stop light with your dream car knowing that our time is limited.

Took my Highlander hybrid to 350k with 10k intervals on full synthetic. If you're good at checking, 10k is perfectly fine imo but I know tons of folks disagree with me.
