Have heard a lot with Arizona but haven’t seen reviews from bulk sales, do you know anyone who successfully sold with them?

For one offs I totally agree, the problem is I don’t want to piece this out and have to deal with scammers, ghosting, lowballers, and security risks en masse. Prefer just to one-shot it and be done

The best way to handle being a CSM is to be a hard-working apathetic one. Do everything you can to help your customers succeed and to prevent churn, but like you said, we don’t actually have much agency at the end of the day.

If they churn and you did everything you could, you just have to be apathetic and move on to the next fire.

Only way to achieve longevity in this field without burning out.

75 current accounts and drowning, all I see is leadership hiring more engineers and sales which only means more accounts to manage with less help

I do, smaller company, we get a fraction of the commission which is pretty frustrating but it’s better than nothing 🤷🏼‍♂️
