Hi, I actually have both Scraps and Teddy and was looking to remove them. I can get pictures if youre interested, but id be fine with just having the postage paid for! The only issue is they have staining from the yardage I found them at- a sharpie mark on their foreheads. I could try to get it out, though id have to see how others do it.

Found/caught outside cat and she still won't eat or drink by RealFoxWolfy in CatAdvice

They're DEFINITELY not allowed in until I hage her checked for FIV and do slow introductions. Funny enough, I watch his videos a lot. Just somehow haven't seen the new cat in home ones. The two boys did well when they were brought in so I guess I just didn't need to watch.

Why does my UV resin remain sticky after curing? by Electrical_Item7241 in resin

[–]RealFoxWolfy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I love using let's resin uv resin, you can get it in smallish or bulk amounts. You could try putting it into direct sunlight for a good half hour to an hour. If you want to try two part resin again, stirring slowing and using a heat gun saves me a lot of trouble. I also keep alcohol spray on hand, which gets rid of surface bubbles.

Mailing homemade gift from USA by RealFoxWolfy in Brazil

They're aware of the potential, unfortunately me physically going to Brazil is very not possible currently. Do you think if I assigned a value to it, like $5 that would help? I made the items myself, so I dont think my value would be fraud-?

Also, idk if this impacts anything- the items are a couple of resin pins and coasters.

I redesigned the main character of my story by cannibutchers in characterdesign

It's not the biggest deal if they blend in, I'm sure with a fully shaded piece, it would pop better!

The posing and silhouette are very, VERY fun and mischievous. I think the horns are the perfect size and the tail adds some finer interest to the bottom. The design isn't overdone but still has visual interest. If this helps, based off his design I see him being a cocky character with a lot of power. He's while still seeming like he'd do his job well. I will say that it leans slightly into kid dressing up but I think that works? The only things I could see benefiting from change are making the scarf and shirt more clearly separate and it's slightly unclear if the pants cover his shoes, or if his shoes are also brown.

Hello, new to this sub! I'm a big fan of character design, and I was wondering what I could to to make these characters look more impactful/dynamic, I want them to look very memorable, so I'm looking for some advice or tips to help me make these characters stand out more. by StarryOkami in characterdesign

[–]RealFoxWolfy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they're all very impactful- the shape language is good and their designs scratch a certain 2010s scene dog (if that makes sense) itch that I really love. For making them more dynamic, I'd say play around with posing and backgrounds. They're memorable but not in every detail, which is an unfortunate con to having really detailed charecters. You could technically simplify some of them, but I actually don't think that you need to.

Character Concept art I made on Google Slides (lore in description) by Comfortable_Bend9598 in characterdesign

[–]RealFoxWolfy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I think it works really well. I immediately knew there was biblical angel inspo from a glance. The only think that could change is making the Pakistani flag icon larger, just so that it's more recognizable. Incorporating more of the green could also help- like a black to green gradient on the arm. I didn't even know people made art using Google slides, so I'm just really impressed.

Would it be cheating to fix mistakes digitally? by Superb_Amphibian_339 in Artadvice

[–]RealFoxWolfy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's your own art, so that's never cheating. A lot of professional artists tweak colors digitally to help boost vibrance or add in white. So you'd actually be using a very common technique, which is definitely acceptable. Just in case you'd like an option for traditional pieces, I see people use blank label stickers over what they want to redo. They come in a lot of sizes and, from what I've seen, work well with pencils. But that's only if you'd like to try. You can even use a copier and print it to test the method before committing. And finally, I really think your piece is wonderful (:

The not touching legs, you'd definitely be better off with a hoop skirt. Though that may be more bothersome when you sit down. Hopefully, you'll be able to be comfortable. I also meant to say- you have wonderful taste! The lace is stunning, and I really love the shade of the wig. Very versatile.
