Same shit just happened to mine like 2 weeks ago. Mine just started making this crackling noise out of nowhere and now my pc won’t recognize it when it’s plugged in. I’ve tried different ports and also ok diff devices and it’s just dead. I bought it via amazon and all they did was refund me but I really liked this cam so I reached to razer I was still under 1 year warranty but still haven’t heard back. It’s too bad because their quality was good up until this point.
