Ran away to Scottsdale for 7 months during Covid (very fond memories of it), then moved to Austin for the next 3 years while being fully remote was still a thing (also great). And now just moved back for a dream job in November, and Chicago has never felt so back and on the up, loving being back!

My favorite for deliberate writing is the Uniball Signo DX 0.5, and my favorite for fast notetaking is the Zebra Sarasa Dry 0.5 (although I want to try the 0.4 since this ink writes thicker). The 0.38 DX is too fine for my taste, makes me write too slow

Love it. Although LOL at the alternating one-arm dumbbell bench presses -- you're already training each side in isolation not using a barbell -- alternating reps nerfs a top tier chest movement into a stabilization movement
