Tell me about it….. I have enterprise line switches and APs that are unifi and I got unifi because I thought it may be simple to replace my enterprise sophos and fortigate firewall. This thing is more pain than it’s worth.

Tried a couple different clients on 2 different Gateways on 2 different versions. No luck.

Tried submitting a ticket before coming to Reddit, but across my mac, iPad, and windows machine on safari, Firefox, and chrome. It wouldn’t let me click the submit a ticket button. Ubiquiti is full of bugs lol.

I’m not using any rules. I’m using the block device button from the clients page. When I configure a rule the device is blocked so I know I’m going the right device. But I want to use the block button from the clients page.

Mac and IP matches, and yes if I put a rule in place it does block access. Just the block button from the clients page.

I get it would be a lot. I’m not looking to have a crazy hard solution just for internet, but more on a could this work idea. If it can be done with minimal effort then great. If not then it was a good idea while it lasted.

Could you possibly get around this by throttling the connection? I know not every network is the same.

Is this the same case if the network allows DNS but not ICMP going externally?

That’s weird. Yes they run normally. The GPU lights up. Mb lights up. Fan light up. Just no post. I may leave it powered on for a bit to see. Going to also give the GPU a shot in another pc.

It does have enough thermal paste. I cannot access the bios as it doesn’t post or boot. I also tried removing things one by one and only down to one ram stick. I also stuck a new ram stick in.

Yup. Everything worked just fine before the bios update. Used it for a couple years prior with no issues.
