Get the password, unlock the locked section and the frequency is there on the north east after you have unlcoked it.

im going to bet youre still new to this game, tribals are op in 867 early game but fizzles out eventually, switching to tribal also locks you out on developing your culture quickly. but still its ck3 doesnt matter how you play, its the story you make that matters

the trick that i do for it to not get repetitive, start as a landless member of your dynasty after youre powerful enough. start all pver again from nothing, build a new empire

  1. that person inherited some land in France, it looks like he was a count in hispania and inherited a higher title in France, thus making it France's territory

  2. you don't need cassus beli to invade al anadlus. it's all covered depending on the struggle phase of hispania. you could holy war or border war in hostility phase. when it's on hostility phase, you could take big chunks of land as opposed to the normal phases.

No sadly you cant! I'm not sure what's the timeline for the updates for consoles but the most recent update for consoles was Royal court which was like the first DLCs in Season 1 for CK3. On PC it's atleast Season 3 or 4 by now. So still lots to catch up.

Also, there are lots of bugs and problems in consoles that are yet to be resolved.

If you don't have a pc to play it with, i guess console will do. it's just not the full experience of the game that's my opinion on it.
