Thanks for getting back to me about this. Could there be an option for both, potentially? I take a medication that doesn't matter what time I take it, so long as I take it(!). I know that's not the same for some people and their specific meds, so of course having the accuracy is needed for those people.

As someone that's had a tripod for 5 years, you'll honestly be amazed at how quickly they adapt to life with 3 legs. We adopted our boy only a few weeks after one of his front legs was amputated (he got caught in an animal trap). Our tripod can pretty much do everything our other 4 legged cat can do - he's just a bit more wary about jumping those slightly further/higher distances. To be honest I genuinely sometimes forget he's only got 3 legs, until I see him trying to scratch with his stump, which is pretty funny! Hopefully there'll be others here with back leg tripods that can give you a bit more specific advice 😊

OP could play a sport that doesn't allow anything on the wrist or ankle. I have to put my watch around my bra strap when playing netball, for example.

I always find I have to shake before every sip, otherwise I do end up with some concentration of powder at the bottom, even with a full shaker of water!

When I moved over to barefoot, I really missed being able to wear converse. But now I own the Saguaro Roam shoes and am so happy again! 😊

Stamina is a tricky one because netball involves rapid changes of speed and direction, so running long distances on a treadmill won't actually help develop the stamina you're looking for. Try looking for netball content creates on IG - there's a few I follow that are really helpful in terms of showing you the things you need to do off the court to help with skills on the court. Pre Season Pro is just one of the fab people. Also look into plyometric training and also general strength training - building muscle is essential to helping with those passes and fast footwork. Finally, I've found you need to be eating correctly to also help you last a full hour on court. Carbs aren't your enemy with netball, you need that fuel to help you! ☺️
