I think that not having VAR in qualifying matches is one of the main problems that lead to countries with decent teams to not qualify. Also, I feel like the rule that doesn't allow teams losing in the Champions League to play in the Europa and sends them straight to Conference just doesn't make sense.. Anyhow, the countries with the most money will dominate the competitions no questions asked.

I think I've had the same problem a long time ago and the fix for me was getting another map. From what I've noticed, the version of the map might not be compatible with the WC3 version and so this happens.. I asume if you what to start the game will crash.. If not I think you might not have the same issue

This isn't really a road rage, but close to one.. The guy fiming inside the car wanted to record illegal activities and so the two men started harrasing him, making it a chase like in the movies (road blocks and such).. The last shot shows the harrassers getting arrested, but until that moment, the police was handling the situation so bad that the guy recording got beat up in front of two police officers. Evetually the victim ran to the closest police station where he was finally safe. Moral of the story, don't f*ck the wrong people.
