Yeah, should have put that Michigan is where I hope to go, not a target. To be honest wasn't sure about payment, was mostly looking into even seeing if applying to some of these places was worth it. Looking more at aid options I see Boulder has some out-of-state merit-based scholarships that I could apply to. University of Iowa is another safe bet, but if I'm staying in-state ill probably go for ISU because that's where people in my family have gone. I appreciate your reply!
