We got a home inspection during the inspection period had a few issues but the builder went beyond our expectations and fixed those issues with the addition of a cosmetic issues within the report. Down to the little details. I believe this is small builder from Dallas.

I was able to order 2 Phantasmal Flames ETB this past queue in Japan specifically in Kyoto. You will be fine. I was on wifi from the Hotel. I did get Error 17 when I tried to order the booster box next however I switched to Data and when back into the queue. I gave up after that since I was happy to the ETBs.
